When I ride I like to be seen. I ride in Utah, the land of minivans and distracted drivers that do not see motorcycles at all. I have been cut off, merged into and had people turn into me. This is why I want to be seen. I have used many vests and tapes over the years. I was in the military where I had to wear a motorcycle vest. I used to wear a crappy construction vest while I rode in Japan and in California. When I moved to Utah I found the Icon vest and all the Icon gear.
I really like the vest as it keeps me a little more seen. While riding if people are saying “hey look at that guy” at least they have seen me. I have a few other Icon made items that I really like. I use the Squad-II backpack each and everyday as I can use it to carry my laptop no matter what.
That picture is of my smoking hot wife any myself. She rides a V-Star 650 Classic motorcycle and I ride a V-Star 1300 motorcycle. As soon as I can convince her to either let me bu a bobber or to turn her bike into a bobber I will have one.
